The Village of Woodridge shall contain, on and after the effective date of this article, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the territory which is annexed hereto as Schedules A, B, and C.[1]

The territory described in § 400-82 of this article is hereby annexed to the Village of Woodridge pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 of the New York General Municipal Law, otherwise known as the "Municipal Annexation Law" pursuant to resolutions adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Woodridge on August 1, 2017 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule A annexed hereto), October 2, 2017 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule B annexed hereto), and July 30, 2018 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule C annexed hereto).

The territory described in § 400-82 of this article and annexed to the Village of Woodridge by this article shall be located within the following zoning districts:

The annexation of the territory described in § 400-82 of this article shall become effective on the first day of August 2017 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule A annexed hereto), the second day of October 2017 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule B annexed hereto), and July 30, 2018 (with respect to the territory described on Schedule C annexed hereto).

This article shall take effect immediately.
