Territory annexed after adoption of these regulations shall be governed by the following rules and regulations until the zoning map has been amended by ordinance to include the newly annexed territory.

(a)

Zoning of annexed areas: All newly annexed areas shall be zoned AG, agricultural zone.

(b)

Application shall then be made to the planning commission for rezoning as set out in the appropriate sections of Ordinance 92-9 as amended.
