Yard for storage, sale and distribution of ice, coal or building materials, or liquid bulk storage, when enclosed within a solid fence of not less than six feet in height, but not including junkyard, salvage, automobile or other wrecking yard.
Contractor, craftsmen's or general service and repair shop, including plumbing and heating, electrical and carpentry shop; welding, tool, die, pattern making, machine and other similar small shop.
The following uses, when authorized as a conditional use by the Planning Board subject to the provisions of §§ 80-34 and 80-40, provided that such use as permitted is not incongruous with the commercial character of the district; all processing is conducted within a completely enclosed building, as follows:
Limited manufacture as follows: Clothing and other textile products; creamery; jewelry; novelty products from such previously prepared materials as felt, fur, glass, paper, plastic and shell; and precision instruments.
Any use of the same general character as set forth in Subsection K(1) and (2), and further provided that no such conditional use shall be permitted which is either noxious or hazardous.
Editor's Note: Former Subsection L, which permitted uses of the same general character as others in this section, was repealed 11-18-1986 by Ord. No. 09.86.
Accessory use on the same lot with and customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses, including signs when erected and maintained in accordance with the provisions of Article X of this ordinance.
§ 80-25 Area regulations.
The area regulations prescribed for C-1 Commercial Districts, § 80-18, shall apply in C-2 Commercial Districts.

§ 80-23 Applicability of regulations.
In C-2 Commercial Districts the following regulations shall apply.
