(a)

Establishment by resolution. The City Council shall establish, by resolution, a schedule of fees, charges and expenses, and a collection procedure for building permits, certificates of zoning compliance, appeals and other such matters pertaining to this chapter. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the Office of the Zoning Administrator and may be altered or amended by the City Council.

(b)

Payment in full of fees, charges and expenses. Until all applicable fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal herein.

(c)

Fees.

(1)

A fee shall accompany each application for an amendment or conditional use permit. All publication costs and notice-by-mail costs will be the responsibility of the applicant. Immediately upon receipt of such application and fee, paid in full, the Zoning Administrator shall note thereon the date of filing and make a permanent record thereof.

(2)

A fee shall accompany each filing of an appeal, special exception or variance to the Board of Adjustment. Immediately upon receipt of the filing fee, the Zoning Administrator shall note thereon the date of filing and make a permanent record thereof.
