This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "1977 City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance."

There is hereby established a new Comprehensive Zoning Plan for the City of Peekskill, New York, which plan is set forth in the text and map that constitute this chapter. Said plan is adopted to carry out the purposes set forth in the General City Law § 20, Subdivisions 24 and 25.
