Should this chapter be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid in its entirety, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Pelham adopted on April 7, 1923, and the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Pelham, adopted on December 15, 1930, with their amendments, shall be deemed to have remained in effect.
