1. That for the special Utah Department of Transportation project identified above, commencing on or about March 25, 2011, for trucks and vehicles operated by Geneva Rock or its affiliates or sub-contractors, as well as for trucks and vehicles otherwise authorized by the State of Utah regarding said special project:
2. Regular noise ordinance provisions (PMC 8.03) and gravel pit ordinance provisions (PMC 15.31.020), as well as all other related and applicable provisions are hereby waived during the next 45 days;
3. This 45 day waiver includes 3:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. each day, and all other pertinent and applicable times during said 45 day time period.
