Use Table

18A.27.005 Applicability.

This Chapter provides the Use Tables and Density and Dimension Tables for the Mid-County Community Plan area, with the exception of the Employment Corridor zone and Neighborhood Corridor, Urban Corridor, and Towne Center zones found in the Compact Urban designation. (2) Except for expansions of legally established religious assembly uses as provided for in this note, no new level 3 religious assembly uses are allowed. Legally established religious assembly uses existing on March 1, 2006, shall be allowed to expand. Expansions to adjacent parcels shall be allowed. Expansions to the sizes permitted by levels 2 and 3 shall require approval of a Conditional Use Permit.

(3) Transportation uses in the Mid-County Community Plan area are limited to those which serve a public school district in which the proposed facility is located.

(1) Conditional Use Permit not required when the proposed housing will be occupied by person(s) who qualify as "handicapped" as defined by the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.).

(2) Except for expansions of legally established religious assembly uses as provided for in this note, no new level 3 religious assembly uses are allowed. Legally established religious assembly uses existing on March 1, 2006, shall be allowed to expand. Expansions to adjacent parcels shall be allowed. Expansions to the sizes permitted by levels 2 and 3 shall require approval of a Conditional Use Permit.

(3) Transportation uses in the Mid-County Community Plan area are limited to those which serve a public school district in which the proposed facility is located.
