§ 374-25 Site, location and building plans required.
In this district, a building or structure may be erected only after the submission to and approval of the Borough Council of the Borough of Pleasant Hills, of complete site, location and building plans.
§ 374-26 Area and bulk regulations.
In this district, the following area and bulk regulations shall apply to the uses permitted:
Buffer area. A buffer area, as defined by this chapter, shall be provided along all property lines which adjoin single-family development or single-family zoning classification. The buffer area shall be at least 15 feet in depth as measured from the property line.
§ 374-27 Termination of public use of property.
In the event the public use of any property located in a P-1 District shall be discontinued or shall be sold or transferred to a nonpublic or noncharitable entity, then such land and buildings shall automatically revert to an R-1 zoning classification.
