(4) | Together with all anchors, bolts, supporting rods and braces, shall be constructed of high-quality noncombustible or noncorrodable components and materials and shall be designed by a structural engineer and be subject to approval by the Building Inspector. | ||

(3) | Shall be marked with the approved permit or permit number. Sidewalk signs without permits shall be disposed of at owner's expense; | ||
(4) | Shall not be illuminated or have any moving parts; | ||
(5) | Shall only be displayed between 9:00 a.m. .and 11:00 p.m. and shall be removed from public rights-of-way in the event of snow accumulation until such time that accumulation is removed; | ||
(6) | Shall not be made of paper or cardboard; and | ||
(7) | May be removed by the Village from the right-of-way for municipal purposes. | ||
