CERTIFICATE

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Zoned Districts in the City of Portales, New Mexico, and Therein Regulating the Use of Land, Height of Buildings, Area of Lots and Building Sites and Yard Spaces, Providing for the Adoption of a Map Showing the Boundaries of said Zoned Districts: Defining the Terms used in this Ordinance Providing for its Amendment, and Enforcements: Prescribing Penalties for Violation: and Repealing Ordinances or Portions of Ordinances in Conflict Therewith," was duly passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Portales, New Mexico, held on the 3rd day of April, 1973, and same was published in The Portales News-Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in said City, on the 3rd day of May, 1973.
