Urban Reserve District
The purpose of this chapter is to provide a district for those areas which will require detailed studies before a zoning classification can be established. Such studies may be needed for areas classified as critical areas pending the development of protective measures; or may be used for areas subject to annexation and pending a determination as to the highest and best use for the property in question. (Ord. 1917 § 1 (part), 1997).
None, except as may be legally existing at the time of zoning or annexation. (Ord. 1917 § 1 (part), 1997).
Prior to issuance of a building permit or the establishment of any use, the appropriate comprehensive plan and zoning designation must be approved by the city council. Any development must conform with the established zoning designation. (Ord. 1917 § 1 (part), 1997).
