§ 162.075 TABLE OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Except as provided in § 162.076, there shall be the minimum lot width, minimum lot area and minimum lot area per family as shown on the following table.

§ 162.076 USE OF SUBSTANDARD LOTS.

   Lots of record with less area or width than above required may be used for one single-family dwelling or for a permitted non-dwelling use.

§ 162.077 RECONSTRUCTION OF VIOLATIONS PROHIBITED.

   Existing buildings that are in violation of lot area requirements may be remodeled or repaired but may not be reconstructed or structurally altered unless made to conform to these requirements.
