The following uses shall be permitted:

1. Any use permitted in the R-1 Residence District.
2. Two-family dwelling; multiple-family dwelling for not more than four families when housed in a single detached building.
3. Private club or lodge, excepting those the chief activity of which is a service customarily carried on as a business.
4. Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the above uses. (Ord. 73 § 5, 1975)
   

No building shall exceed a height of 35 feet or three stories except as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 73 § 5, 1975)

1. Front Yard. The minimum front yard shall be 20 feet.
2. Rear Yard. The minimum rear yard shall be 20 feet.
3. Side Yard. The minimum width of the side yard on each side of the building shall be five feet.
4. Lot Area per Family. There shall be a lot area of not less than 4,500 square feet for a one-family dwelling; not less than 3,000 square feet per family for a two-family dwelling; and not less than 2,500 square feet per family for three-family or four-family dwellings. (Ord. 73 § 5, 1975)
   

Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the above uses will have a setback of 5 feet minimum from any property line, and 5 feet from any building if constructed of non-combustible material and 10 feet if constructed of combustible material. (Ord. 177, 1995)
