For the purpose and intent of this chapter, the City is hereby divided into zoning district classifications as follows:

   1.   A-1   Agricultural District.

   2.   R-1   One- and Two-Family Dwelling District.

   3.   R-2   Multi-Family Dwelling District.

   4.   R-3   Mobile Home Park District.

   5.   R-4   Planned Residential District.

   6.   C-1   Central Commercial District.

   7.   C-2   Highway Commercial District.

   8.   M-1   General Industrial District.
