Funeral homes | 1 parking space for each vehicle used directly in the business plus 1 parking space for every person regularly employed on the premises and 1 space for every 3 seats in the auditorium or chapel of such establishment; if the establishment does not have a chapel or auditorium, the additional parking to be required for funeral visitors shall be determined by the Planning Board based on the number of funerals that can be handled at one time, the size of the facilities and other relevant factors |
Gasoline filling stations | Sufficient parking spaces for all vehicles used directly in the conduct of the business plus 1 parking space for each gas pump, 3 spaces for each bay and 1 space for every person employed on the premises at maximum employment on a single shift |

Multiple dwellings | 2 parking spaces for each apartment or dwelling unit to be contained in such structure; 1 such parking space per apartment or dwelling unit; all unenclosed parking areas shall be screened from adjacent single family residences |
