SHORT TITLE

SECTION 3.0 SHORT TITLE:

This ordinance shall be effective throughout the City of Ryland Heights, Kentucky and shall be known, referred to, and recited to as the "OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RYLAND HEIGHTS".
