ARTICLE V

"R-2" Multi-Family Residential District

Section 405.110 Regulations.

A. 
Use Regulations. A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. 
Any use permitted in "R-1," however to the extent that swimming pools are permitted, whether temporary or permanent, as an accessory use, such swimming pools shall be located in the rear yard or setback. Additionally, such swimming pools shall be located at least ten (10) feet from any secondary electrical lines.

2. 
Multiple-family dwellings.
B. 
Parking Regulations. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Section 405.360.
C. 
Height Regulations. No building shall exceed two and one-half (2 1/2) stories, nor shall it exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height except as provided in Chapter 405, Article XII.
D. 
Area Regulations.
1. 
Subject to the modifications set out in Chapter 405, Article XII, the yard regulations are as follows:
a. 
Front Yard. There shall be a front yard of not less than thirty (30) feet.
b. 
Side Yard. There (3) shall be a side yard on each side of a lot of not less than seven (7) feet.
c. 
Rear Yard. There (3) shall be a rear yard of not less than thirty (30) feet.
2. 
No minimum lot area.
