Minimum Lot Width | Single-Family Attached: 20 feet, provided that dwellings with garages shall have a lot width no less than 24 feet. Each dwelling unit shall be located on a separately platted lot whether the lot or its improvements are for sale or not. |

Sides | 15 feet for end units, provided that end units adjacent to a public right-of-way, common parking area or private drive shall have a minimum setback of 30 feet |
