Minimum number of off-street loading spaces required.

One off-street loading space for the first 5,000 square feet of gross floor area or fractional part thereof for retail or other nonresidential use for which a loading space is required. One additional space shall be required for each additional 10,000 square feet of gross floor area or fractional part thereof for retail or other nonresidential use.
