The zoning designation for Assessor Parcel Numbers 263-280-18, 19, 29 and 30 is changed from low residential to low residential/specific plan. (Ord. 229 § 1, 1997)

The community development director shall amend the official zoning map for the city to reflect the new zoning classification, including the adoption of the specific plan for the above-described real property. The zoning classification adopted specific plan shall be shown on the zoning map as follows: “LR/SP” North Rios Specific Plan adopted March 4, 1997. (Ord. 229 § 2, 1997)

The North Rios Specific Plan dated February 18, 1997, a copy of which is on file with the city clerk, is hereby adopted subject to the conditions, if any, set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The community development director shall incorporate the changes ordered by the conditions into a final specific plan which may be kept on file in the community development department.
