R-1 Single-Family Residential District
§ 205-27 Permitted principal uses.
The following uses shall be permitted principal uses in the R-1 Residential District:
A.
Single-family dwellings.
§ 205-28 Permitted accessory uses.
The following uses shall be permitted accessory uses in the R-1 Residential District:
A.
Private garages.
B.
Customary residential storage structures.
C.
Animal shelters for domestic pets.
§ 205-29 Uses permitted with special use permit.
The following uses shall be permitted with a special use permit:
A.
Cluster residential developments.
B.
Animal husbandry when lot size is in excess of six acres in size.
