1. All uses permitted in Part 4, A - Agricultural District and subject to the requirements therein.
2. Stores for the retailing of groceries, clothing, drugs, confection ary, hardware, farm equipment and supplies, sporting goods, household appliances, antiques, furniture, flowers, etc.
3. Printing and publishing establishments.
4. Shops for contractors, plumbing, heating, upholstering, etc.
5. Banks, savings and loan, and finance companies.
6. Communications towers subject to the requirements of §
1429.1; and communications antennas on existing structures subject to the requirements of §
1429.2.
8. Large scale solar energy system as a principal use or as an accessory use subject to the requirements of § 1431
. [Ord. 1-12-22] 9. Medical hospitality house subject to the following requirements:
A. A medical hospitality house shall have no more than six (6) bedrooms, each of which may be occupied by no more than two (2) persons.
B. The medical hospitality house shall be developed within an ex1sting building, which may include a single family detached dwelling, as an adaptive reuse of the existing building.
C. The medical hospitality house may have common facilities, such as a kitchen, which may be used by persons occupying the bedrooms. No common facilities in the medical hospitality house may be used by persons not staying at the medical hospitality house.
D. The exterior appearance of the medical hospitality house shall be substantially similar to the appearance of other existing buildings in the neighborhood.
E. The entity operating the medical hospitality house shall demonstrate that sewage and water facilities are available and properly sized for the proposed occupancy.
F. The medical hospitality house shall be provided with one off-street parking space for each bedroom. [Ord. 9-14-22]
