ARTICLE XI

Flood Hazard District

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

§ 525-51 Applicability and standards.

All uses, activities, land filling and development occurring within the Flood Hazard District or any floodplain shall be undertaken as set forth in Chapter 287, Floodplain Management.
