This chapter may be amended from time to time by the Borough Council after the appropriate referrals, notices, hearings and other requirements of law.

All sections of the Borough code which contain provisions contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be and are hereby repealed, including but not limited to, the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Spring Lake as adopted March 31, 1975, and amendments thereto and the Subdivision Ordinance of the Borough of Spring Lake as adopted June 21, 1954, and amendments thereto.
