(A)   Generally, it shall be the duty of the Village President to enforce the provisions of this title.

   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to enforce the provisions related to issuance of a zoning permit or a certificate of compliance. (Ord. 2021-04, 6-22-2021)

   (A)   No zoning permit or certificate of compliance shall be granted by the Zoning Administrator for any purpose except in compliance with the provisions of this title.

   (B)   Any person who begins construction or work on any building or improvement requiring a zoning permit from the Village without first obtaining a zoning permit shall be fined for such offense an amount not to exceed ten (10) times the cost of the zoning permit. (Ord. 2021-04, 6-22-2021)

Unless otherwise specified in the provisions of this title, whoever violates any of the provisions of this title shall be fined in accordance with section 1-4-1 of the Village Code. (Ord. 2021-04, 6-22-2021)
