This ordinance is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by the Wisconsin Statutes, including, but not limited to, Wis. Stats. §§ 59.69, 59.691, 59.693, 59.694, 59.696, 59.697, 59.698, 59.70, 66.1001, and Wis. Stats. chs. 91, 236, and 823.
