Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any part thereof, and the parts of or sections remaining, shall remain in effect as though the part or sections declared unconstitutional had never been a part thereof.

Enactment of this chapter shall act as a repeal of Ordinance No. 85-2, the Tarentum Borough Zoning Ordinance and Map, and all subsequent amendments thereto.

The Tarentum Borough Zoning Ordinance and Map, Ordinance No. 2 of 2011, duly ordained and enacted at a regular meeting of the Borough of Tarentum, a full quorum being present, the first day of January, 2011.
