FEE SCHEDULE
§ 157.600 FEES CHARGED FOR BUILDING PERMITS.
(A) The following fees shall be charged for the processing of applications and the issuance of zoning permits, and shall be collected by the Community Development Administrator, who shall be accountable to the county for such fees.
(B) Fees:
(1)
Home occupations: $200;
(2) Temporary use: $200;
(3) Change-in-use of a building or land where no construction is involved:
(a) Residential and agriculture use: $100; and
(b) Commercial/industrial: $200.
(4) Temporary compliance certificate: $75.

§ 157.601 FEES CHARGED FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS.
The following fees shall be charged for processing zoning applications which require a public hearing, and shall be collected by the Community Development Administrator, who shall be accountable to the county for such fees.

§ 157.602 REFUNDS.
There shall be no refund on any building permit or zoning application fees.

§ 157.603 EXEMPTIONS.
No fees shall be charged for permits for buildings intended to be used for agricultural purposes or for accessory buildings located on an operating farm.
