As approved by the Planning Commission, depending on the nature of the educational facility

2 spaces for customers and 1 space for each employee

1 space for each 500 feet of public space and 1 space for each employee
Notes:
1.   The dimension of each parking space shall be 10x20 feet. All parking shall be off-street.
2.   Parking is permitted in the property's set-back areas. However, parking is not permitted in any buffering area.
3.   For the purposes of the parking regulations, "Employee" means each Employee and/or the owner who is on duty.
4.   To reduce storm water run-off, it is strongly recommended that low impact surfaces, such as crushed stone be used wherever possible.
