ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES
§ 152.150 ENFORCEMENT.
(A) The Commission, the Board, the Building Commissioner or any designated enforcement official, or any person or persons, firm or corporation jointly or severally aggrieved, may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of the county to restrain an individual or a governmental unit from violation of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The Commission or the Board may also institute a suit for mandatory injunction directing any individual, or corporation or governmental unit to remove a structure erected in violation of the provisions of this chapter.

§ 152.151 SEVERANCE.
If any title, subchapter, section, clause, provision or portion of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect any other title, subchapter, section, clause, provision or portion hereof.
