ARTICLE XXIII
Severability, Repealer and Fees
Section 400.960 Severability.

The provisions of this Chapter are hereby declared to be severable. If any Section, paragraph, sentence or clause of this Chapter shall be held invalid, the invalidity of such Section, paragraph, sentence or clause shall not affect the validity of the remainder of said ordinance.
Section 400.970 Repeal of Conflicting Ordinance.

Any zoning ordinance existing at the time of adoption of this zoning ordinance, together with all amendments and supplements thereto, and all other ordinances promulgated by the City of Trenton which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter are, to the extent of such inconsistency and no further, hereby repealed.
Section 400.980 Fees.

Fees may be charged by the City for review of permit applications or development proposals under this Chapter. Such fees shall be established by separate ordinance of the Mayor and City Council from time to time.
