Establishment of Zoning Districts
§ 350-10 Names of zoning districts.
The Township of Upper Mount Bethel is hereby divided into the following districts:
Conservation District |

Agricultural Districts |
A-1 Agricultural/Rural Residential (A/RR) |
Residential Districts |
R-1 Neighborhood Residential (NR) |
VCR-1 Village Commercial/Residential (VC/R) |
Nonresidential Districts |
C-1 Limited Commercial (LC) |
C-2 General Commercial (GC) |
I-1 Limited Industrial (LI) |
I-2 General Industrial (GI) |
I-3 Heavy Industrial (HI) |
§ 350-11 Zoning Map.
The location and boundaries of these districts are established as shown on the attached Zoning Map (dated December 2003, as amended) of the Township of Upper Mount Bethel. The Zoning Map is hereby made a part of this chapter.
§ 350-12 Interpretation of boundaries.
If uncertainty exists as to the boundary of any district shown on the Zoning Map, the Zoning Hearing Board shall determine the location of such boundary. Where doubt exists as to the intended meaning of the language written and enacted by the Supervisors, then the Board shall interpret the language after consideration of the Statement of Community Development Objectives set forth in § 350-5 and Attachment A attached hereto.[1]
