All other Township ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof that were adopted prior to this Ordinance and are clearly in direct conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed, including the pre-existing Zoning Code of Upper Providence Township, as amended.

This Zoning Ordinance shall take effect on the tenth (10th) day of December, 1998.
