(A)   The National Flood Insurance Program, Model Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance is hereby adopted by the city.

   (B)   A completed copy of the model ordinance is attached to Ordinance No. 22-02-013, passed March 28, 2022 as Exhibit A and is incorporated herein by reference, the same as if rewritten here in its entirety.
