Sec. 24-801.- Zoning map amended.

The Town of Vestal zoning map is hereby amended by designating premises situate on Vestal Parkway East in the Town of Vestal and being described as a portion of Tax Map No. 159.15-2-21 (No. 19-1-2-S26X) as an economic development zone and the boundary lines for the Broome County Economic Development Zone will be amended and are described in Schedule "A" attached hereto.

Sec. 24-802. - Additional tax abatement.

No other tax abatement shall be granted by sole reason of being within this economic development zone.
