The administrative official charged with the duty of carrying out the terms of this chapter shall be designated as the Code Enforcement Officer. Any Village employee may be appointed to this office by the Village Board. It shall be his duty to issue permits and certificates of compliance in all cases where the provisions of this chapter are complied with. It shall be his duty to secure the enforcement of this chapter, and he shall have the right to inspect any premises in the Village of Victor to determine whether there is compliance with the provisions of this chapter. No person shall interfere with or obstruct the Code Enforcement Officer in the performance of his duties in the enforcement of this chapter.

Offenses against this chapter are punishable as set forth in § 20-2006 of the Village Law, as amended by L. 1985, c. 488.

The Village may amend this Zoning Ordinance from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law.
