The Board of Trustees of the Village of Saugerties in Ulster County, New York, acting under the authority of the Village Law of the State of New York, hereby adopts and enacts this chapter as the Comprehensive Zoning Law of the Village of Saugerties.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the "Village of Saugerties Zoning Law."
