ARTICLE III

Establishment of Districts

§ 275-4 List of districts.

For the purposes of this chapter, the Incorporated Village of the Branch is hereby divided into five districts:
A. 
The Residence A District.
B. 
The Residence B District.
C. 
The Business District.
D. 
The Historic District.
E. 
The Restricted Business District.

§ 275-5 Zoning Map.

The boundaries of said districts shall be shown upon the map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which map is entitled "Official Zoning District Map of the Incorporated Village of the Branch, Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, New York," and the notations, references and other things shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter as if the matters and things shown on said map were all fully described herein.[1]
