A.   The Village Board shall from time to time establish application fees for the following:

      1.   Amendment to the text of this Title.

      2.   Amendment to the existing Zoning Map.

      3.   Amendment establishing zoning on annexed land (zoning map).

      4.   Conditional use.

      5.   Variance.

      6.   Temporary use.

      7.   Appeal from a decision of the Zoning Officer.

      8.   Zoning certificate.

   B.   No application shall be received and no public hearing shall be held without payment of such fee. (Ord. 91-341, 4-2-1991)
