The following fees shall be charged for applicant's variance request, text amendment request, conditional use permit request, application request and in-house plan reviews:

5.
In-House Plan Review. The City of Warrenton reserves the right to have any submitted plan reviewed by an engineering/architectural firm. The applicant is responsible for all engineering/architectural firm plan review fees:

Individual Lot Storm Water Drainage Plan, Storm Water Management Plan, Grading Plan And SWPPP Plan.

B.
Deposits.
1.
If plans are not reviewed in-house, an engineering deposit in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) will be required.
2.
A publication/recording deposit in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is required for all items listed above except the subdivision approval process.
The petitioner shall be responsible for any publication costs and any costs of providing required notices. Any excess over the cost shall be refunded within ninety (90) days. Any shortage will be billed to applicant. Prior to issuance of any building permit the shortage must be paid. |
