MEDICAL MARIJUANA
§ 156.200 RETAIL DISPENSARIES OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA.
(A) Retail dispensaries of medical marijuana are prohibited within the corporate boundaries of the City of Washington Court House.
(B) RETAIL DISPENSARIES OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA is defined by Substitute House Bill 523 and R.C. Chapter 3796, which chapter became effective September 8, 2016. Said Act of the General Assembly designating retail locations for the distribution to the public of medical marijuana in various refined products intended for human consumption.
