The ordinances entitled "Zoning of the City of Watervliet," adopted by the Council of the City of Watervliet 5-21-1964 by Ord. No. 871, and "Signs" of the City of Watervliet, adopted by the Council of the City of Watervliet 4-29-1972 by Ord. No. 1134, together with all changes and amendments thereto, are hereby repealed and declared to be of no effect.

If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person, property, or circumstances is held to be invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of each provision to other persons, property, or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

This Zoning Ordinance shall take effect immediately after approval thereof of the City Council.
