There is hereby adopted for the purpose of proper land development in the City certain standards and regulations found in "Standards and Regulations for Subdivision of Land, Watonga, Oklahoma," prepared by The Oklahoma Center of Urban and Regional Studies of the University of Oklahoma, February 1973, now on file with the City Clerk. The subdivision regulations are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and the provisions shall be controlling in all subdivision of land.
