CHAPTER 1161
Manufactured Homes
1161.01 LOCATION OF INDIVIDUAL MANUFACTURED DWELLING.
Mobile homes as defined under Section 1101.02(28)C., D. and E., shall not be permitted on individual lots in any district within the Village. Mobile homes are only permitted in a mobile home park as defined herein.

1161.02 EXISTING MOBILE HOMES.
If at the time of enactment of this Zoning Ordinance there exists a mobile home on a lot of record, it may be replaced by a newer model if done so within 30 days after removal of the original mobile home.
