Use Regulations
1141.01 INTERPRETATION.
The permitted and conditional uses for each district are shown in the following tabulations which shall constitute this chapter. The interpretation of uses given in categorical terms shall be as defined in Section 1125.01. Uses not specifically listed or interpreted to be included categorically under this chapter and Section 1125.01 shall not be permitted except by amendment to the ordinance. See Section 1165.06(d) for specific conditional use criteria as set forth below.
