Establishment of Zones; Map
§ 250-8 Zones established.

For the purpose of this chapter, the Township of Westampton is divided into the following zones:
R-1 | Residential |
R-2 | Residential |
R-3 | Residential |
R-4 | Residential |
R-5 | Residential - governmental office building |
R-6 | Residential |
R-7 | Residential |
R-8 | Residence District |
B-1 | Business |
C | Commercial |
OR-1 | Office Research |
MCD | Medical Campus District Overlay Zone |
OR-2 | Office Research |
OR-3 | Office Research |
I | Industrial |
§ 250-9 Zoning Map. [1]
The boundary lines of all zones shall be shown on a map attached to and made a part of this chapter and known as the "Zoning Map of the Township of Westampton." Said map and all notations and references thereon are hereby incorporated into and declared to be a part of this chapter.
