Any person, partnership, association, firm or corporation who willfully violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not in excess of five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. Alternatively, any such violation is deemed a nuisance under WSMC Chapter 8.07 and the city in its discretion may seek enforcement under that section in addition to any sanctions set forth herein.
