The Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Zoning Code, October 28, 1999 Edition, prepared by the Wichita-Sedgwick County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC), is by reference incorporated in and by this publication made part of this title and chapter as fully as though set out at length herein and is adopted as the zoning regulations for the City of Wichita. Said Unified Zoning Code as recommended by the MAPC at public hearing on October 28, 1999, incorporates all amendments to the June 19, 1997 Edition of the Unified Zoning Code including the amended screening and buffering requirements for new multi-family and manufactured home park developments as adopted by Ordinance No. 43-659, the amended cleanup amendments as adopted by Ordinance No. 43-721, the amended revisions to the tattoo and body piercing parlors as adopted by Ordinance No. 44-098, and numerous cleanup amendments as adopted by Ordinance No. 44-308.
