ARTICLE XI
Fees

§ 127-67 Establishment and amendment of fees by resolution.
A.
Any fees required or instituted by Chapter 127, Zoning, may be modified, amended or created by resolution of the Town Board.
B.
Any existing fees set out in Chapter 127 are hereby ratified and may be modified or amended by resolution of the Town Board.
